How to eliminate recruiting weaknesses in Network Marketing
Posturing; how to speak from strength!
Eliminate Weakness in Network Marketing
Want a simple easy to follow tip to eliminate weakness in network marketing recruiting? Speak from the position of strength.
Bobby is new to network marketing. He creates his warm market list and invites the first ten on the list to look at the opportunity. All ten of his prospects agree to watch the eleven-minute company video presentation at a certain time. All ten of them agree with conditions.
“Well, maybe I’ll watch at the time but other things may get in the way.”
“I might watch it but I’m waiting on this hot date to call me.”
“I may or may not watch it until next week.”
Eliminate weakness in your prospect’s excuses by building the strength of authority.
Bobby’s reply to the ten prospects’ excuses? He flipped the scenario on his prospects. He spoke from the position of strength and not weakness.
“Whoa! Wait a minute. I have way too many other people to speak to about this business. Tell you what, I’ll catch up to you later in a month or two when your time is free.”
What did Bobby do? Did Bobby sit and analyze his strengths and weakness? No! He eliminated their weakness by speaking from the position of strength and authority. Eliminate weakness. Show strength.
The results of Bobby’s strength? Three joined the business and two bought products.
Everybody realized how serious Bobby was. His position of standing firm impressed the prospects. It helped with eliminating the prospects’ weak excuses with him standing firm in his resolve of doing network marketing with or without them.
Bobby did not say,
“Okay! Cool! I’ll check back with you in a few days to see if you can watch the video presentation then. Have fun with what you’re doing.”
The minute Bobby gives in to the prospect’s excuses, the minute respect for him is lost and recruiting lost with him.
Eliminate weakness in network marketing recruiting by the position of strength. Do not give into your weakness by backing down. Stand strong and be firm and respect will be yours. Be busy. Make the prospect think he is the one missing out on something.
