Mastermind is the Capacity to See Ten Things When Ordinary People See One

Certain groups end up leaving us the legacies of geniuses and professionals. They have the mastermind capacity to see ten things where the ordinary man sees one. Where one man sees an obstacle to avoid, these groups see a problem to solve.

What if I told you that you can put yourself in a better position in Network Marketing on social media and offline with a group that holds you accountable? Where feedback is welcomed? Where collaboration with experts is available? Where resources from different specialties and areas of knowledge are at your fingertips?

What if this community gives you support when you are weak and praise when you are strong?

The best way to take that which is average about ourselves and develop it into that which is an expert is to get out of our comfort zone and hobnob with the best. We are only as good as the last five people we spend the most time with – a twist in the words of the late Jim Rohn – the master of mastermind.

Successful individuals from Napoleon Hill to Ray Higdon to Randy Gage to Billy Looper, and to Big Al Tom Schreiter all met with groups that consisted of people better than themselves on a regular basis.

These groups are called MASTERMINDS – a term first coined by Napoleon Hill in 1925 in his “Think and Grow Rich.” Masterminds are where we take our business and personal development to the next level.

Mastermind groups are where peers and mentors meet on a regular basis online and off to push each other to reach their highest potential and hold each other accountable. They grow their business. They develop a healthy mindset.

You don’t have be considerably knowledgeable or successful to be a member. You need only to be teachable.

How do you start one? By asking!

—“My name is Dale. I’m an entrepreneur and CEO of Dale Moreau Coaching for Network Marketing. I’m interested in starting a mastermind, aka peer-mentoring group, with a few other motivated and ambitious entrepreneurs. You don’t need to be extremely knowledgeable or very successful. I’m just looking to meet with other entrepreneurs on social media, where we can help one another and grow together. If you’re a positive person and serious about your business, I’d love to have you be a part of my mastermind group.”
