The secret of sponsoring and recruiting is knowing what makes everybody tick. And what makes people tick is problems. Everybody has problems. Everybody wants solutions for solving their problems.
Our job as professionals is to find what problems people have and match them with the solutions found in our products, services and opportunity.
And the best way of finding problems and solving them is to ask three questions. Answer three questions and you learn the secret of how to sponsor and recruit.
