Great Prospecting Questions
And, when done right, there's Zero Rejection!
Network Marketing is about finding positive people who want more for their lives. Great prospecting questions help with finding these people.
Qualifying questions for MLM prospects are many with great prospecting questions coming in many forms. Some are open questions. Some are statements. Some require YES and NO decisions.
Three questions work best.
(1). Do you think a part-time job would be better for you than a part-time business?
This question immediately gets the best response. Most prospects will choose a part-time business over working a part-time job. Working a part-time job doesn’t sound like a lot of fun.
(2). Starting our own business would cost a lot of money … and is pretty risky, isn’t it?
Great prospecting questions require direct answers. Most prospects will agree and answer directly that starting a business would cost a lot of money. That is why they fear trying. This question opens up their minds toward starting a business if the cost is not too risky.
(3). Would a $500-a-month raise make a big difference?
$500-a-month does not sound like a lot of money, but look at it from the prospect’s eyes. That is $6,000 a year. The prospect is thinking of a nice vacation for his family, a better car, an occasional weekend getaway, or paying down those credit card bills. It is one of those great qualifying questions with zero rejection. If the prospect says “NO”, that means the prospect is thinking bigger money and that the prospect cannot get this kind of raise from his or her boss.
Other lead qualifying questions….
— Would you be open to a side project that didn’t interfere with what you are currently doing?
— Are you married to your job, or are you open-minded?
— Are you looking to do something different, or are you okay staying where you are?
— I am perfectly comfortable with your decision to look at my business or not. But I was uncomfortable not asking you if you wanted to look, and having you think that I didn’t care.
— Would it be okay if you could walk away from your boss at full pay and never had to show up for work again?
There are a lot more Network Marketing prospecting questions. Great prospecting questions with zero rejection are well thought out.
Other network marketing questions to ask prospects…
— If you had the money, would you jump at this opportunity?
— I know you don’t know but if you did know, what would you really like to have in life?
— How long will you have to continue working that many hours?
— Ever wish you could travel more?
