Are we Givers or Takers?
The only strategy for Network Marketing on Social Media
We have to think about our mentality; are we givers or takers?
After all, people are glad to when givers enter the room and are not sad when takers leave.
Network Marketing is a giving business. And it is the takers that give Network Marketing a bad name.
The world of social media and people right where you live are full of takers. They’re concerned only about what can you do for me.
The world of social media is populated with takers. They spam their products and opportunity. They invade people’s spaces with a pitch about their opportunities and services. They give false testimonies and phony paychecks to induce you into their trap. These are takers, not givers.
People in our hometowns are takers. They take what is free and ignore what works to fix their problems because it has a price tag. They make commitments to see our opportunities and never show up. They throw out excuses of why they can’t buy and ignore better reasons of why they should buy.
The good news?
We can take takers and turn them into givers. We can meet takers right where they are. We can speak to their taker side and turn them to their giver side.
Find what their problems and needs are, and you will find how to talk to them.
People’s internal programs in the subconscious mind work against them. People are programmed to survive at all cost. If it means to lie to survive, they will lie. If it means to engross oneself in a binge television series to survive, they will spend hours on the television. People are programmed that way.
How do we clear through the muddle?
— “John, I just found out how to make more money part-time than our boss makes full-time. If you’d ever like to know how, I’ll be glad to show you.”
— “John, I just found out how to fire our boss and walk away at full pay. If you’d ever like to know how, I’ll be glad to show you.”
— “John, I just found out how to increase our lifestyle and have the IRS pay for it. If you’d ever like to know how, I’ll be glad to show you.”
— “John, I just found out how to get healthy and fit drinking juice once a day. If you’d ever like to know how, I’ll be glad to show you.”
— “John, I just found out how to recover our hair from loss without prescriptions. If you’d ever like to know how, I’ll be glad to show you.”
Having an attitude of service helps to define who we are.
Network Marketers are granted the gift of giving. We have the answers to crushing debt. We have the gift to free people from a job that they hate. We have the resources to help people dig themselves out of dire poverty.
So, which are you? A giver or a taker?
