Rise by Lifting Up Other Businesses
Want local businesses to give you hot leads every day? Well, rise by lifting up other businesses. Let’s create some local business partnerships.
Car Salesmen are perfect examples.
What happens when a car salesman does not make a sale? He or she makes zero money.
So, walk into a car salesman’s office and ask, “So, how much money do you earn on people who don’t or can’t buy from you?”
The car salesman will say, “Zero.”
Then you can add this:
“Would it be okay if you could recommend all your non-qualified people to me? I could make it possible for them to buy your cars.”
Then I would show him what to say to non-qualified people:
“I know you desperately want to purchase a car but can’t afford one now. I understand. But I have a friend named YOUR NAME. He’s a pretty nice guy. He helps people earn money part-time, so they can afford higher car payments. You need to talk to him right away. Here is his phone number. And in case you can’t reach him, I will give him your telephone number when I see him next week.”
The car salesman gets buying customers from me, and I get new team members from him. It’s win-win. It’s a good business collaboration. You rise by lifting up other businesses.
How about the Air Conditioner and Heater Repair Man? Climates get very cold and they get very hot. Central Air conditioners break and Central Heaters break. The cost to repair them is expensive. Some people can’t afford it.
Ask the a/c and heater repair man, “So, how much money do you earn on people who don’t or can’t afford to buy from you?”
He’ll answer, “Nothing. I make zero money.”
Then ask him, “Would you like to do something about it?”
If he says “yes,” then teach him:
“I know you desperately want to repair your unit but can’t afford one now. I understand. But I have a friend named YOUR NAME. He’s a pretty nice guy. He helps people earn money part-time, so they can afford a new central a/c and heater. You need to talk to him right away. Here is his phone number. And in case you can’t reach him, I will give him your telephone number when I see him next week.”
It’s a good business collaboration idea. You lift up other business. And you rise by lifting up other business. It’s good for the community. It’s a great way to partner with other businesses.
