Selling leads is big business. A seasoned Network Marketer just told me I should buy quality leads. My answer? The best leads in the world won’t help us if we don’t know what to say.

You can buy all the high-quality leads in the world. But if you don’t know what to say when you make that first call on the telephone, you’ve wasted your money.

Now, I admit. I used to be one of those people. I bought leads… lots of leads. Do I have anybody in my downline to show for it? One person. One person out of hundreds of leads and hundreds of dollars. Buy quality leads and you pay quality prices…. they are expensive.

The biggest mistake new distributors make is investing in leads, instead of investing in themselves.

Investing in what to say is a better investment worth spending money on than to buy quality leads. Buy quality leads and you buy yourself into the poor house. Buy a good training program that teaches you skills, and you buy your future.

When you know what to say, you will have an endless supply of leads.

Leads come to us every day. We just need the skills to turn a neutral lead into a hot prospect and finally into a customer or team member. So, would it make better sense if we purchased a training program of what to say rather than buy quality leads?

Our team members need to know how to talk to strangers… how to talk to cold prospects. To test their skills on contacting cold leads, simply ask our team members to write down word-for-word the first sentences he or she will say to the lead.

The answer will be obvious.

Don’t buy quality leads. Do a buy a quality program to teach you what to say.
