Network Marketing is Like One Big Joke

Want a great example of how we can teach our reps what Network Marketing is all about? Network Marketing is like one big joke. We either like it and share it with other people, or we don’t like it and never share it with other people.

We are not talking about a joke that is used in derision. We are talking about a way of getting across to someone what Network Marketing does.

One big joke tells it all. Either we like the joke, or we don’t. When we like the one big joke that we have heard, our instinct is to share it. When we do not like the one big joke that we have heard, we ignore it.

The only difference between sharing a joke and sharing what we have with Network Marketing is we get paid for it.

So, when you find what you like about Network Marketing, your instinct is to share it, and you get paid for it.

What products turn you on? What of the compensation plan floats your boat? What is in the Network Marketing opportunity that makes you feel alive? Find those elements that you like, and you will do what comes naturally with the one big joke. You share it.

The one big joke is much easier to explain what Network Marketing is all about than a complicated explanation. It is the one clean joke of the day that you can sell to your reps in simple terms.

Now that we got the seriousness out of the way, it is time for a bit of Network Marketing humor.

“My worthless sponsor keeps telling me, “Be fast. Don’t procrastinate. Be early!” He should know. He gets off his job every day at 5 pm and he is home by 4:30 pm.”

“I don’t think my sponsor acts stupid. It appears to the real thing.”

“My sponsor started out with nothing, and still has most of it.”

“If my sponsor spoke his mind, he would be speechless.”

Okay, enough daily jokes about sponsors.

A really bad joke is to find something you love and not share it. A really funny joke is to find something you love and get paid for sharing it.

love and get paid for sharing it.

Does the one big joke example about Network Marketing help you to get across what Network Marketing is all about? It should, and it does.
