Don’t believe there is a ten-minute trainer? It exists. There is no excuse now for complicated training websites. Just use the ten-minute trainer.

Today, people want instant gratification. They hate to wait.

New distributors come with a lot of desire. They desire to build a business to solve the issues in their lives. Their issues can sometimes overwhelm their business and get in the way. They’d rather deal with other people’s issues and refuse to deal with their own. You can’t solve one without having answers to solve the other.

New distributors bring zero Network Marketing skills into their business. They bring their job skills. And we know job skills in Network Marketing do not work.

Learning new skills for Network Marketing does take time. Getting results takes time. If we don’t teach them the skills, they get discouraged and drop out in days. If we don’t get them results in a day or two, we lose them.

What’s the solution? The ten-minute trainer.

Day one, we teach new distributors the skills they need to build their business on day one. And we make the skills to build a business an easy option. They have an easy option to talk to any person, handle any objection and close any situation.

Mary joins my Network Marketing business. Mary knows nothing about the business. She’s afraid of selling. She fears what her friends, family and coworkers might think of her. Her feet are growing colder each minute after signing up.

First, I need to calm Mary’s fears. Second, I need to teach Mary the words to calm her new team members’ fears.

What are the first words that I teach Mary?

“Don’t sell. All we have to do is give people one more option in their lives. And people can take this option today, tomorrow, sometime in the future or never. And people love having an extra option in their lives.”

So, I teach Mary the first formula.

--- “Don’t sell.”

--- “All we have to do is give people one more option in their lives.”

--- “And all people can take this option today, tomorrow, sometime in the future and never.

--- “And people love having an extra option in their lives.”

They’re easy words to learn. They’re easy words to understand.

If I want Mary to start building a team and selling on day one, I must do more than calm Mary’s fears. I must teach Mary the ten-minute trainer. I teach Mary:

--- Word-for-word exactly what to say to remove the fear of selling.

--- Word-for-word exactly what to say in a text message.

--- Word-for-word exactly what to say on a telephone call.

--- Word-for-word exactly what to say on a video call.

--- Word-for-word exactly what to say over food.

--- Word-for-word exactly what to say to people.

--- Word-for-word exactly what to say to handle objections.

--- Word-for-word exactly what to say to close people.

--- Word-for-word exactly what to say to give presentations.

Can I teach Mary these skills in day one after joining? I can because I have formulas to help. I have the ten-minute trainer.

I teach Mary the formulas to speak word-for-word exactly what to say. Mary takes the formulas and applies them in different situations starting day one. She applies them with different people starting day one.

The formulas are simple.

I teach Mary one formula for smart talk with friends and about products.

“Of all the people you know such as friends, family, relatives and coworkers, is there at least one person who FEELS the same way that you do? You know, someone who hates <problem>, but wants to <a benefit>r?”

--- “Of all the people you know such as friends, family, relatives and coworkers, is there at least one person who FEELS the same way that you do? You know, someone who hates looking old before their time, but would love to turn back time twenty years and look young again?”

--- “Of all the people you know such as friends, family, relatives and coworkers, is there at least one person who FEELS the same way that you do? You know, someone who someone who gets confused over all the available insurance plans, but would love professional advice?”

--- “Of all the people you know such as friends, family, relatives and coworkers, is there at least one person who FEELS the same way that you do? You know, someone who hates dieting, but would love to lose twenty pounds in twenty-days?”

I teach Mary one formula for chatting with coworkers.

"Would it be okay if you had an easy option for <an easy option>?"

--- “Would it be okay if you had an easy option for making more money?”

--- “Would it be okay if you had an easy option for retiring in five-years at full-pay?”

--- "Would it be okay if you had an easy option for working fewer years?“

I teach Mary one formula for talking to relatives, strangers and professionals.

“Could you do me a favor? I’m looking for people who <problem> and would love <to fix the problem>.”

--- “Could you do me a favor? “I’m looking for people who hate the rat race in their careers and would love to walk away?”

--- “Could you do me a favor? I’m looking for people who work boring hours and would love to have a more exciting career.”

--- “Could you do me a favor? I’m looking for people who get the afternoon slump and would love to keep alert during work.”

I teach Mary one formula for handling objections.

“Of course you don’t have the <problem>. That’s why I am talking to you now. You don’t want this to be true for the rest of your life. Let’s sit down and discuss how you can get started with us so you’ll have <a benefit>.”

--- “Of course you don’t have the time. That’s why I am talking to you now. You don’t want this to be true for the rest of your life, not having any time for family or for yourself. Let’s sit down and discuss how you can get started so you can have more time in your life.”

--- “Of course you don’t have the money to join. That’s why I am talking to you now. You don’t want this to be true for the rest of your life, without enough money. Let’s sit down and discuss how you can get started with us so you’ll have money to make your bank account bigger.”

--- “Of course you don’t have the time. That’s why I am talking to you now. You don’t want this to be true for the rest of your life, not having any time for family or for yourself. Let’s sit down and discuss how you can get started so you can have more time in your life.”

I teach Mary one formula for closing people.

“What’s going to be easier for you?”> + <”a problem?”> + Or, <a benefit for solving the problem> instead>?”>

--- “What’s going to be easier for you? Live with stress at your job until you die from a heart attack? Or, take our stress-buster gel tablet once a day and end stress forever instead?”

--- “What’s going to be easier for you? Work long hours at work? Or, start with us and work two-day weeks and get paid for five-day weeks instead?”

--- “What’s going to be easier for you? Bring work home weekdays and weekends? Or, start with us and work two-day weeks and take five-day holidays with full pay instead?”
